Writing and photography are my passions.
Travel is my obsession.
Art, color and design are my lifeblood.
I’m Bonnie Alberts, a freelance travel and cultural heritage writer, photographer, digital artist, and founder of the indie publishing company, Partenope Press. I explore the world, near and far, record my impressions in words and images, and hopefully, create beautiful prints and artful books and stationary about the places, faces and stories I encounter along the road less traveled.
I’ve crisscrossed the globe and have lived in some exotic and faraway lands. My most recent sojourn was in a tiny apartment in downtown Naples, Italy where I drank a lot of wine, ate a lot of pizza and in between, I founded the Napoli Unplugged Website and created and co-authored the Napoli Unplugged Guide to Naples. My work has appeared in various print and online publications and I write the Naples and the Amalfi Coast Itineraries for Bindu Trips.
An unexpected move brought me to a small town in Arkansas where I’m learning to live a more rural life, writing about Naples and the Amalfi Coast, and working on new projects around The Natural State. In my spare time, I collect local art, sip wine and work on my new home in the Arkansas Ozarks.
